A photo of an indoor seminar room with people seated in chairs taking notes. A man in a white V-neck shirt and dark-rimmed glasses hanging from his collar writes in a notebook on his lap. Beside him a man in an orange polo shirt and navy trousers, wearing glasses and a purple lanyard, holds a pen over loose papers. Red curtains, a whiteboard with a red-and-white grid chart, and orange shelving frame the room, and a cooling fan stands at the right edge. In the foreground, two blurred heads of other attendees are seen from behind, with rows of metal dumbbells visible on the shelves.
