A seated row of saffron-robed sadhus with long matted hair pinned up in topknots and white ash stripes on their bodies, palms pressed together in prayer. Rudraksha malas and bead bracelets adorn their arms and necks. Before them stretch banana-leaf plates heaped with food, flanked by brass cups and small lamps. On the left a woman in a cream sari with a bun tends the offerings with an oil lamp. Behind them more devotees sit in rows in orange and white, many with ash marks, during what looks like a prasadam or annadan offering in a bright hall.
