Beside them stands a golden deity murti with a crown. In the background a man in an orange robe wears a white ID badge, and another devotee with a white forehead mark stands near. Brass railings and a dark red curtain frame the setting. Swamiji (probable): the man wears a rust-red shawl, long swept-back hair and a dark beard, matching his role as the officiating guru blessing the boy during the puja.2017-06-19August 09 20172017-08-09June 01 20172017-06-01July 13 20162016-07-13August 09 20172017-08-09April 28 20162016-04-28August 09 20172017-08-09 +1 copiesJuly 02 20172017-07-02 +1 copiesJuly 07 20132013-07-07A seated man with long dreadlocks, bare-chested, wearing a rust-orange sash over his shoulder, layered gold necklaces and a gold-toned waist cloth, reaches forward to touch the head of a young boy in a white dhoti with an orange-and-maroon sash. The boy raises one hand in a blessing or greeting gesture. Between them stands a golden deity murti of a seated goddess holding a bowl, with a gold kalasha-shaped object in front. Behind them, women in white and gold-bordered saris stand in the background, and a gold ceremonial gong is visible at left. The setting appears to be a temple-style ritual space. The man is a probable Swamiji by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklaces and saffron-orange clothing, seen in person with a boy receiving blessing.2017-08-16 +1 copies
