Outdoor tug-of-war on a dusty dirt ground at an ashram-style gathering. Many participants in white kurtas and white saris pull a thick rope; a man in orange robes with an orange shawl and a flower garland stands at the centre of the rope line. A tall figure in white kurta and orange shawl stands at left with his back partly turned, watching; a cameraman with a video camera is at left. Behind, a crowd of devotees in white and blue sashes and orange flags watches, a portrait banner in orange clothing hangs at upper right with red balloons, and unfinished concrete buildings stand in the background under a hazy sky.
