Outdoor ribbon-cutting at a red-framed glass-fronted showroom structure in a dusty open lot. A man in an orange saffron robe with a crossed shawl stands at center, hands joined near the ribbon, while a second man in orange, holding a pair of scissors-style gesture, cuts a lavender ribbon stretched across the open doorway. A third person in white clothes stands beside the ribbon. On the left, a cameraman in white shoots with a professional video camera, and a child in white is visible at the frame edge. Several children stand in the background near parked silver cars under red-painted roof beams. Beyond the lot are trees and low buildings.
