A seated figure sits on a white-draped throne-like seat decorated with garlands of white flowers, in a hall walled with yellow flower décor. A figure in white dhoti and head covering, with a striped garland, sits with hands joined in namaskar. Behind is a large floral peacock design in white, blue and red, flanked by checkered and striped floral panels, and a flower motif on the right. Ceiling fans and a standing fan are visible; a few people in white stand at the right edge. The seated figure may be a person, based on the swept-back hair, striped garland and white attire, though appearance is uncertain.
