A photograph of a gold-decorated ratha, a processional vehicle, moving down a paved street during a procession. Its ornate golden arch frame holds a framed portrait of a smiling woman with long dark hair and an orange garment, garlanded with white and yellow-red flower strands. Another smiling woman in orange, a deity image and a banner with a gold-and-white design line the front. Saffron flags and marigold garlands decorate the vehicle, and a temple gopuram stands at right. Several men in white shirts and dhotis walk alongside, and a police officer in uniform is visible at left. The vehicle's front banner reads in Tamil script and bears two portraits; the central Tamil phrase is a procession title. Crowd count is small, the processional route is a roadway, and the sky is clear.
