Around him, several young men in white ceremonial dhotis and cream kurtas with orange shawls stand and clap, one holding a pink gift box. Marigold and red flower garlands decorate the throne back, and a gold lion figure sits at the base. A dark backdrop hangs behind the group. The person on the throne matches the appearance cues of the a person candidate with saffron robes, rudraksha mala and garland, so this is a probable identification, present in person.2007-12-25December 25 20072007-12-25July 15 20112011-07-15July 15 20112011-07-15August 09 20092009-08-09December 25 20072007-12-25A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a long flower garland sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet back, beneath a gold canopy hung with white flower strands. The throne is surrounded by yellow and marigold petals strewn on the floor. The seated figure raises one arm in greeting. Around the throne, young men in white kurtas and orange shawls, and women in white saris, reach toward him and clap, with confetti and petals flying through the air. The figure wears dark rudraksha-style beads and a headband of flowers, and the scene is a festive reception.2007-12-25July 17 20082008-07-17December 25 20072007-12-25
