A large outdoor procession of devotees gathers on a dirt path in front of a white-walled building with a green roof and a balloon arch in green, white and yellow. Men in white dhotis and shirts and women in white saris and salwar-kameez stand close together, many wearing orange or saffron scarves and sashes. Several bearers hold tall saffron and orange flags and ornate yellow-and-red banners on poles, and a man in a cream dhoti at center plays a drum while others carry a bamboo pole. A decorated white bullock or horse with a cloth covering stands at the left edge beside a palanquin-style procession. A signboard reads 'Photography, Video Camera, Mobile Camera... strictly prohibited', and a multicolored umbrella is held up near the center. The scene appears to be a festival procession during a temple celebration.
