Outdoor festival pavilion under white canvas with a tent ceiling. A man with long dark hair, orange turban, rudraksha mala and orange robes smiles broadly while draping a maroon and gold shawl over the head of an older saffron-robed seated monk wearing orange turban and glasses. Several other orange-robed seated figures sit on gilded red-cushioned chairs at left, and a few uniformed officials and onlookers stand along a red-and-white barrier at right. Flower garlands and a decorated pillar are visible.
