A large dark blue cylindrical Shivalinga is being bathed with water poured over its top. It is garlanded with a continuous arch of flowers in red, yellow, purple, green and white. Silver ornamental bands with engraved scroll patterns and a circular silver disc are fixed to its front. A priest in a rust-orange dhoti and bare upper body, with a sacred thread and marks on his arms, stands on a metal platform at the upper left, pouring liquid from a white cloth or vessel. Behind is a red building with windows and green plants on a wall. This appears to be a rudrabhishekam abhishekam ritual.
