A photograph of an outdoor relief food service under a large canopy with red and purple patterned fabric and striped blue-green-purple awnings. Rows of people sit at plastic tables and orange chairs, many wearing white head caps and gloves, eating from paper packets. Volunteers in white aprons and caps stand behind stainless-steel counters and tubs, handling food, while monks in saffron-orange robes move among the tables. Cardboard food boxes sit on the steel counter. Palm trees and damaged trees appear beyond the tent.
