Outdoor street procession in a crowded roadside setting with palm trees and a tree-lined background. Two white horses draw a decorated carriage covered in white and orange garlands and a red-and-gold canopy; a figure in orange and red sits under a red umbrella and a multicoloured parasol, with a small crowd around the ratha. Dense onlookers in shirts and kurtas press close on both sides, one man in a dark red knit cap, another in an orange shawl. A small shaven-headed man in orange robes is visible at lower right.
