A crowded outdoor procession on a sunny day, with many people in the foreground and midground moving forward beneath a row of ornate multicolored parasols with red, blue and gold panels and tassel fringes. Several young men in matching purple shirts with a badge on the chest play or carry drums, some smiling and one shouting. A videographer on the left holds a camera up over the crowd. Tall orange flags on poles, a banner of the procession, rise above the scene, and trees and blue sky form the background. A seated figure in dark clothing and a light cloth appears under the parasols, but the face is not clearly visible, so no identification is made.
