A bare-chested priest in a saffron-orange dhoti and a white cloth draped over one shoulder, wearing a floral garland, holds a silver plate and bows toward a smoking fire pit lined with orange-yellow stone. Several shaven-headed or tufted sadhus in red-orange cloth, some with rudraksha malas, stand behind him holding offering plates and bowls. Rose petals scatter the ground. To the right, a large Ganesha murti in pink and gold with marigold and rose garlands sits beside a brass oil lamp stand with lit lamps. Behind the group, a poster labelled 'Global Nithyanandam' shows a man in saffron with a trident and garlands in front of a world map. Devotees in white and red stand behind a rope barrier.2017-09-27September 27 20172017-09-27Outdoor temple-grounds procession under large spreading trees. A smiling woman in orange sari with a white flower garland stands with palms pressed together in namaste on a black polished floor, a white-fringed headcloth on her head. Behind her, saffron-robed monks carry a golden staff topped with a trident and a multicoloured canopy umbrella. To the left, a white-clad priest holds a red-and-orange shawl and a plate near a black deity murti in an arched silver frame, garlanded with marigolds and multicoloured flower strands, sitting on a red stone mound with offerings, a brass lamp and a kolam rangoli pattern on the ground.2008-12-29A procession at an outdoor ashram courtyard under a shade canopy, with palm trees and a red-painted pillar behind. Saffron-robed sannyasis walk in a line, several with hands folded in anjali, and one drummer on the left beats a drum. A man in a maroon dhoti with a gold-toned garland of flowers leads the group, holding his hands together. Beside him a young man in saffron cloth carries a silver tray with a plant sprig. On the right a man in a white dhoti with gold borders holds a tall ceremonial parasol, and a woman in white stands near him. The scene resembles a ritual procession.2013-11-22August 02 20162016-08-02 +1 copiesTwo saffron-robed priests stand on a raised platform under a corrugated metal canopy during a ritual. The priest on the right, wearing a gold-bordered orange dhoti, a gold-bordered orange shawl, a flower garland and a beaded necklace, holds green leaves and a stem in his hands. The priest in the centre, in plain orange robes with long hair, holds a silver bowl of red flowers. Yellow marigold garlands and a flower-decorated pot sit on the platform, along with brass and silver ritual vessels, red roses and an orange cloth. Behind them stands a small shrine with red-clad deity murtis under an arched frame, with palm trees and several other robed devotees visible nearby.2013-10-10July 12 20132013-07-12August 27 20162016-08-27September 21 20162016-09-21January 01 20172017-01-01
