A photograph of a ritual offering in progress. In the foreground on the left, a man in a white collared shirt with glasses leans in, his hands cupped beneath a brass tray. A bare-armed attendant in a red-orange dhoti reaches in from the right, scooping white powder heaped on the tray, his arm and fingers dusted white. Beside him, a man in saffron-orange robes with a white vibhuti marking on his forehead and a red kumkum dot looks on. The scene is set against a red and gold cushioned seat at right, with a fair, blurred background.
