Beside him a younger man in orange robes kneels and holds a brass lamp with a flame toward the shrine, while another man in orange stands behind. At the left edge, a man in a white shirt with a dark rudraksha mala and a bearded older man in white and orange hold a brass tray of white jasmine and orange flowers. Pink and white flower petals are scattered on the stone ledge, and a deity murti and a red-and-orange draped figure appear in the background. Several people are visible.2008-08-07December 30 20072007-12-30November 24 20062006-11-24A photograph of a celebration where an elderly seated man in a red-and-orange garland of red roses, white flowers and green leaves sits on an ornate red-and-silver throne-like chair, marked with a red tilak. Around him stand several men in saffron-orange robes: a tall man in saffron with a matching orange turban and a long gold-beaded necklace smiles and rests his hand on the garland; a bald man in orange with a chain necklace gestures on the right; an older man in orange with a white beard stands at the back right. Men in white dhotis and kurtas stand at left and behind. The backdrop shows large red and yellow lettering in a regional script, with yellow marigold strings above.2007-01-30February 02 20072007-02-02
