Behind him, a golden throne holds a seated saffron-robed figure with an orange turban and rudraksha mala, identified as a deity or statue-like figure rather than a living person. Seated on the floor before them, a woman in a red-and-white sari, a man in a light striped shirt, a girl in a yellow dress with a white headband, and a woman in a white sari with a red border hold brass trays of oil lamps, flowers and offerings. Brass plates of lit oil lamps and offerings sit on the carpet in front.2012-10-13A photograph inside a room with a white wall and a red-upholstered dais.
