Children serve a communal meal in an indoor hall with tiled floor and cream walls. A girl in a white top and a boy in a blue-and-white striped shirt hold steel plates of white rice, while a girl in white ladles rice from a large steel pot. A boy in a blue, white and orange jersey spoons vegetable curry from steel trays. An older woman in a white sari and glasses stands behind the serving counter. Green and blue tumblers line the table, and a framed banner hangs on the wall. Other children sit in the background on cushioned chairs.
