Outdoor street procession on a tree-lined road with a crowd lining both sides. Police officers in khaki uniforms walk along the roadway. A white decorated vehicle with a glass-fronted cabin carries a large red flag bearing a saffron-robed figure, and a small red flag with the same image flies from another pole. Several robed men in white and saffron-orange walk beside the vehicle, one in saffron with a sash. Women in colourful saris and children watch from a raised concrete platform on the left and from the roadside. A small pink temple shrine stands at the right edge, with a framed portrait on a stand beside the road and a marigold-trimmed canopy visible further ahead.
