A photograph of a crowd of men and young men lined up on sandy ground beside a row of tall flagpoles with orange saffron flags, under palm trees and a clear blue sky. Many wear white shirts and dhotis or trousers, others wear black shirts and dark clothing; one man in front wears a white jacket and white trousers, and a figure at left wears saffron-orange robes. Behind them a canopy frame is set up near a wooden structure, and a banner with several printed portrait photos stands at right. Several people are visible in the foreground, with a yellow construction vehicle at left edge.
