A photograph of a crowded temple gathering in which a bare-chested young man with swept-back brown hair sits with eyes closed and right hand raised in a mudra-like gesture. He wears a silver chain with a red stone pendant and a small round pendant, and a thin bracelet on the wrist. Around him, other devotees sit and kneel; a man at right wears a red and white garland and a white dhoti-style cloth, and others wear white and cream clothing. The background is blurred with hanging decorations and lights.

The kneeling devotee wears a rudraksha mala and a gold necklace, and bangles on his wrist. Behind them, other saffron-clad sadhus with rudraksha and bead malas stand or sit, and a few rudraksha-wearing devotees are partly visible at the edges. The blessing figure has long dreadlocks and a thick beard and wears saffron cloth; whether he is the a person cannot be determined from appearance, so he is described by role only.2018-03-28 +1 copiesAugust 03 20172017-08-03January 05 20192019-01-05A large group of bare-chested men seated closely on the floor in a hall, many with white sacred ash smeared across their foreheads and shoulders and white sacred threads over their chests. In the foreground a man with greying hair and a red bindi holds his palms pressed together in anjali mudra while speaking, with a white thread across his bare chest. Beside him a bearded man in white dhoti-style cloth holds his palms together, and a bald man at the lower left wears a rudraksha mala and reddish sandal marks. Some devotees sit with eyes closed in prayer, and the background is softly blurred with more seated participants.2017-12-24January 15 20172017-01-15
