Photograph of a paved road curving across a high, barren plateau under heavy grey clouds. A large arch spanning the road is strung with many colourful prayer flags in blue, yellow, red, green and white, and a banner with a mountain-and-building picture and text is mounted across its top. A white SUV drives toward the arch, a white van sits at the left edge, and a small concrete building with a sloped roof stands beyond the flags. Two people walk along the grassy verge on the right: one in a dark blue jacket and one in a red jacket.
