In the foreground, several men in white dhotis and shirts carry ceremonial standards: silver staffs topped with trident-like finials, and red fabric panels with gold scalloped yellow edging decorated with floral and leaf motifs. A man in a white dhoti and shawl leads with a silver staff, and another carries a drum-like instrument slung at his side. Behind them, devotees walk along a path lined with green lawn and palm trees toward the temple entrance, where a few people stand near a decorated doorway with orange and yellow hangings. A pink banner is visible on the right, and the hazy landscape extends behind the temple.2006-01-23Outdoor procession at a white temple in warm low sunlight. In the foreground, men in white dhotis with maroon borders carry a red and gold ceremonial banner with floral embroidery and a bird emblem on a tall pole. Beside them, a man with long swept-back hair wears an orange and gold robe, a long beaded garland and a gold pendant necklace, walking beneath a fringed red and multicoloured parasol. Behind them, women in white and a woman in green sari follow along a paved walkway with white temple spires and a red flag in the background.2006-01-23December 23 20092009-12-23October 01 20062006-10-01December 27 20092009-12-27
