Outdoor festival street scene under a clear blue sky with tall trees and utility poles. In the foreground, red satin flags flutter, one bearing a printed portrait of a smiling woman in an orange garment; the portrait is a flag print, not a physical person. Behind steel crowd-control barricades, uniformed police officers in khaki stand among a crowd of onlookers, some in white and some in dark clothing, several holding cameras or phones. Colourful stalls and a decorated canopy appear at the right, with a red signboard and a Coca-Cola advertisement in the background.
