A man in an orange robe and tall gold crown kneels at the front of the boat beside a brass tray, while a man in white dhoti and shawl sits on the right near the murti. Strings of coloured lights decorate the steps, and two partly visible men in the foreground are at the edge of the boat. The scene depicts a boat procession on water.
