Outdoor children's day event at a school courtyard with a plain white building behind. A large banner above the doorway reads Nithyananda Gurukul with a portrait of a smiling person in a white turban and dark garments. Below it, a figure in orange robes sits on an orange-cushioned seat in the doorway, with a pale man in white clothes standing in front of the children. Many children in pink, red, blue and yellow salwar kameez and dresses line the sandy ground, and the entrance is decorated with colourful balloons and tinsel.
