Two shaved-headed men in saffron-orange robes stand on a raised platform; the nearer one, in an orange upper cloth with maroon border, looks upward while the other, in a red-orange robe with a rudraksha mala, pulls an orange rope that runs up the pole. Yellow flower petals lie on the platform, a palm tree and blue sky with clouds frame the scene, and the partly visible heads of onlookers appear at the bottom edge.2010-10-18 +2 copiesMarch 26 20082008-03-26January 03 20082008-01-03November 06 20102010-11-06July 26 20102010-07-26Night photograph of a flag-hoisting at a tall copper flagstaff. A man in long wavy dark hair, wearing a pink-orange shawl over saffron robes and a red-and-orange floral garland, stands at right gripping the flag cloth on the pole. Beside him a man in orange robes with a red border kneels on a white platform, pulling the orange and red flag up the pole. A third person in white with an orange shawl sits in the lower foreground. The copper pole is carved with bands and rope is wound around it. The rope and pole stand against a black night sky. Ornate copper-coloured carving marks the flagstaff base.2008-01-03July 15 20112011-07-15November 06 20102010-11-06January 03 20082008-01-03
