Outdoor photograph of a staged event ground with a golden ornamental canopy structure and a golden ratha-like chariot with large wheels on the right. Under the central golden canopy, a figure in saffron clothing sits on a red-draped platform with a striped cloth. Several people in orange and saffron clothes stand on blue mats and red carpet, with a metal scaffold tower and wooden poles in the foreground. A man in a pink shirt and khaki trousers walks across the wet ground carrying papers, and a few people wear white and blue clothing. Palm trees and a truck are visible in the background.
