A street procession on a sunny day in a town road lined with low buildings, palm trees and streetlamps. A gold-decorated ornate vehicle, ratha-style float, carries a large framed portrait of a figure with white head covering on its rear panel. Motorcycles and cars travel along the road; a man in white shirt with orange cloth draped over his shoulder stands in the left foreground, and a rider on a motorcycle wears a white shirt. Small white flags are attached to the float. The scene is a vehicle procession street view.
