Temple ritual photo at Sri Nithyanandeshwara Devasthanam. A golden statue with a dark crescent-moon crown and ornate gold jewellery, draped in white and yellow-green garlands, is the central focus. In front, a man in a pink-and-purple silk dhoti and purple headcloth with a red garland and rudraksha mala holds a brass lamp of flames, with a gold flower-decorated image to the right. On the left, a man in an orange dhoti holds a brass oil lamp of lit flames, and a bearded man in orange robes bends forward holding a silver vessel. Other flowers and yellow garlands decorate the setting.

Two men in red and orange sacred dress stand before a deity murti heavily decorated with thick garlands of yellow marigolds, red and maroon flowers, and white blossoms. The man on the left in orange robes and a gold necklace holds a brass tray with flowers and offerings. The man in the centre wears a red dhoti and shawl, a long gold garland and a gold chain, and his hand touches the garlands in a puja gesture. A purple and pink silk cloth drapes the murti at right, and a small drum is visible at lower left. The scene suggests a devotional offering or puja.2010-12-26A photograph of a temple ritual with a dark stone murti of a deity draped in a white cloth and garlanded with yellow and red flowers.
