In the foreground a man in glasses, wearing a white shirt, dark trousers and a wristwatch, writes in a spiral notebook, while a man beside him in a white shirt and white dhoti holds a pen over a notebook, with gold bangles on his wrist. A person in a white dhoti with a gold border and a red waistband sits at the left, and a man in grey shirt rests his chin on his hand. A dark bag lies on the mat.
