Indoor photo of children in dark navy athletic clothes exercising on a polished white floor under a dark ceiling decorated with colourful tasselled pillar hangings. A boy in the foreground holds a small dumbbell-like weight in one hand and a plastic water bottle in the other, while younger children nearby hold water bottles and stand in exercise poses. Several other children and an adult in navy clothing stand in the background, some with their arms extended. A framed picture hangs on the wall behind them, and a small round clock is visible on the right wall.
