Outdoor evening gathering under a canopy with a red carpet. On the right, a long-haired figure in an orange saffron garment sits in a white chair beside potted plants, gesturing with one hand. Facing him, a man in white dhoti and white shirt stands with an arm extended, while other men in white dhotis and shirts stand or sit on the red carpet, one holding a black folder. Plastic chairs are arranged along the back. A banner behind shows Tamil text and a portrait of a deity in a red-and-gold setting. The orange-clad figure shows distinctive long hair and saffron clothing, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity, so the figure is described only by role.
