A photograph of a ritual exchange indoors. On the left, a man with long dark hair tied back, a white vertical tilak on his forehead, and a red wrist thread, sits on a seat with gold-coloured figures beside him. He wears a peacock-feather ornament and gold beaded necklaces and raises his hand toward a silver kalasha-style vessel on a silver staff. He holds a folded white paper in his other hand. On the right, a bald man in a white kurta with an orange-red shawl printed with text kneels facing him, palms pressed together in reverence. A white wall air-conditioner and wooden pillars form the background. Two people are visible.
