Several people in white are gathered at a round white concrete base. A man in white kurta and dhoti pulls the flag rope while a helper in white and orange stole steadies the pole. A bare-backed person in an orange cloth wraps the lower body and holds the rope, and a bald man in white dhoti and orange stole raises an orange umbrella. Behind them, a row of children in white with small tricolour flags stands in the dirt, and colourful pennant bunting is strung across the scene. A blue balloon is tied near the pole.2007-08-15January 03 20082008-01-03March 23 20082008-03-23March 23 20082008-03-23March 23 20082008-03-23November 12 20102010-11-12January 08 20102010-01-08November 12 20082008-11-12
