A photograph taken outdoors in bright daylight, with the image rotated so people appear sideways. Many children and a few women sit and stand on a pale tiled and concrete area beside palm fronds. Several children hold white paper slips or forms, some looking down at them. A woman in a blue floral sari stands at left with a small child on her hip. Girls wear red, orange, pink and yellow clothing, and a girl in a black top with gold trim sits center. The setting appears to be a community gathering where paperwork is being distributed.
