Photo 11702226A street procession on a sunny day. Two young men ride white horses decorated with colourful beaded bridles, tassels and embroidered saddle cloths. Both riders wear white dhotis and orange-red shawls and hold red and saffron flags on poles. Men in white shirts walk beside the horses to guide them, and spectators line the roadside behind a low wall, some in white and saffron. On the cart, a large framed portrait of a figure in orange robes sits on a white cloth, garlanded with yellow and pink flowers. A man in a dark shirt stands at the cart's front rail holding the reins area. A white horse pulls the cart, draped in a red and gold embroidered cloth with tasselled fringe and wearing a headdress with orange plumes and colourful flower garlands. A white-clad man walks beside the cart and a young man in a grey sweater leads the horse, with several onlookers and palm trees in the background.2010-02-18December 25 20092009-12-25February 07 20172017-02-07
