Outdoor cyclone relief scene at a damaged village house with a thatched roof partly torn away and a blue tarp draped over the debris. Several men in checked lungis and white or grey shirts stand around a large steaming aluminium cooking pot, one man ladling food with a steel ladle into a bowl. A young boy in a grey t-shirt and a man in a purple shirt watch closely, and a small girl in a teal dress and green-and-white braid stands at left, while wooden poles prop up the structures. This appears to be food distribution during cyclone relief work.

Several volunteers in plain white dress and rudraksha beads stand at the open back of a pickup truck, handing out food from metal pots and plates to villagers. One volunteer in a blue-grey shirt and checked lungi reaches into the truck bed, while a man in a green surgical cap leans in from the front. Children and women in saris and head coverings gather closely, reaching forward for portions. Palm trees and more huts line the background path.2012-01-06Outdoor relief kitchen beside a green-walled building with a small shrine niche. An elderly man with grey hair and white shirt and white dhoti stands at left, gesturing with an open hand toward a large white cooking vessel sending up steam. Several men gather around it: one in a white shirt and light lungi, another in a pale shirt with a white towel over his shoulder, a man in a yellow-green striped polo bending forward, and a young man in a red-striped shirt and checked lungi holding a plate. Clotheslines and bamboo poles are visible overhead. Five men are visible.2012-01-07 +1 copiesJanuary 06 20122012-01-06January 06 20122012-01-06January 06 20122012-01-06January 06 20122012-01-06
