December 31 20182018-12-31 +1 copiesA dim hall at night shows many people seated cross-legged on mats in rows, holding lit oil lamps and small flames. Most wear white dhotis and white shirts, and several wear rudraksha malas. Brass plates, small offering trays and flower-decorated dishes sit on the mats in front of them. Some people in the foreground raise their lamps toward the viewer, while others sit still in a pada puja style worship setting. The scene is largely dark, with warm light concentrated on the flames and faces.2010-12-27December 31 20182018-12-31December 31 20182018-12-31December 31 20182018-12-31 +2 copiesDecember 18 20102010-12-18November 12 20102010-11-12October 25 20102010-10-25December 31 20182018-12-31November 14 20102010-11-14A photograph of many young men seated cross-legged in rows on mats and a tiled floor, dressed in white dhotis and white shirts with red-bordered shawls and rudraksha malas. Many hold lit oil lamps or small flames, and brass plates with flowers, fruit and offerings sit before them. A few seated men lean forward to tend the plates, and a bald man in the centre tends a lamp on a brass plate.2010-12-27December 31 20182018-12-31
