Shadow puppet performance projected on a white cloth screen in a dark hall. Two flat painted puppets face each other: on the left, a bald figure with a purple forehead mark, bare upper body and orange-red dhoti, holding a staff; on the right, a woman in a blue sari with her hand raised in gesture. The puppets are rod-operated and cast on the screen, with no physical people visible in the frame.
