Outdoor temple ceremony beside a tall red and gold dvajastambha flagpole surrounded by palm trees. A man in a red-and-gold turban and orange-toned garments stands on a raised platform, wearing a long multicoloured-flower garland and extending one hand. A shaved-headed priest in an orange robe stands below, and a white-clad attendant tends a large black stone Shivalinga with marigold garlands on a red pedestal. Film crews with cameras record the scene while drummers in orange and white and a crowd of devotees, many in orange and white, watch from the sides.
