A photograph of a ceremonial initiation scene in a decorated temple-style room. A man with long dark hair, wearing white dhoti and shawl, gold bangle and gold necklaces, sits on a red and gold ornate throne and places his right hand on the head of a kneeling devotee. Several other devotees kneel nearby: one in saffron robes with a shaved head, one in white with a red-striped cloth and gold necklace, and others in white with red-bordered clothing. Behind them stand golden deity murtis draped in colourful garlands, a brass oil lamp, and kalasha-like brass ritual implements.

A golden bull figure and brass lamps stand beside him, and a colourful garland arrangement hangs above. Two men in saffron and white dhotis, one with shaved head and a gold necklace, sit before the throne with their hands clasped, and others sit at the right edge.2010-11-14November 14 20102010-11-14A seated man in a dark red-brown robe with a long gold chain and ornate gold belt sits with long dark hair and a white tilak on his forehead, one hand resting on the head of a shirtless devotee kneeling before him. Beside him, a young attendant in a white dhoti with white body markings, rudraksha bead bracelets and a gold necklace holds a folded white paper. Another attendant with bare arms and rudraksha malas steadies the kneeling man's shoulder. A woman in a pink and black sari stands at the right edge, and gold and colourful draped fabric decorates the background. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, a white forehead marking, a rudraksha mala and a heavy gold necklace and belt, consistent with the page's claim of his presence.2017-10-01March 11 20172017-03-11Photograph of a ceremonial scene in an indoor hall. A man with long swept-back hair, a bearded face, a saffron-orange robe and a heavy ornate gold necklace with a large gold pendant sits on a gilded throne with red upholstery and receives an offering from a hand held out to him. He wears a bangle and a red thread bracelet, and has tilak markings on his forehead. Around him stand men in white dhotis and white shirts, some with gold-bordered cloths and rudraksha malas, one bare-chested with a dark bead mala. A man in a white shirt stands behind a camera on a tripod at the right, and a white pedestal fan sits in the background beside red curtains.2016-08-05November 14 20102010-11-14Photograph of a seated man in white robes on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion, palms pressed together in namaste with eyes closed, a red tilak on his forehead, long dark hair, a multi-strand gold bead necklace and a gold armlet. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, ceremonial gold necklace and ornate throne are consistent with the page's description of the speaker, presented as the central figure. Foreground, two shaved-headed devotees in saffron or white sit facing him with hands folded. Behind the throne stands a golden bull statue, garlands of marigolds and flowers, and teal and orange draped fabric.2010-11-14December 24 20142014-12-24July 15 20112011-07-15A seated figure with long, swept-back dark hair, bare-shouldered in rust-red robes and wearing a dark rudraksha mala, reaches out to touch the forehead of a smiling man in cream kurta and a red-and-maroon shawl who raises his hand in a gesture of receiving blessing. Behind them stand golden ornamental panels, layered gold necklaces and a maroon drape, with a flowering plant at left and a staff or ceremonial rod beside the seated figure. A standing attendant in white with a red shawl watches at right. The appearance cues for the seated figure (long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala, rust-red robes, gold ornaments) are distinctive, and the page identifies Swamiji at this event, so this is a probable Swamiji in person giving a forehead blessing during a satsang or Shiv Yantra process.2014-12-24
