On the right, a bearded man with long dark hair, wearing a deep orange-red shawl over dark clothing and a red and gold garland, smiles and reaches toward the seated man. Another man in white stands behind, and onlookers fill the seats. The man in the orange shawl is seated on the throne as a person being honoured; the man in the garlanded shawl has long hair, a garland and a shawl consistent with the page's reference but his face is not used for identification, so he is described by role only.
