Outdoor view through a chain-link fence of a tiered stadium-style seating area at sunset, with a large oval vessel or decorated structure draped with marigold-coloured garlands and greenery on a platform at the front. Metal scaffolding stairs lead up to it, and a few people in white clothing sit or stand on the terraced steps near a small framed portrait on a stand. Palm trees and a covered shed sit beyond, with a blue tarpaulin tent to the right, under bright hazy light.
