A man in a white short-sleeved shirt with a dark rudraksha mala and a gold bangle performs a yoga practice, one palm raised with fingers spread above his forehead while another person's arm reaches in from the right to touch his head. A red curtain and a white wall-mounted air conditioner form the background, with a blurred camera tripod at left and an older bespectacled person partly visible at the lower right. The scene resembles a Nithya Kriya demonstration. Nothing visible establishes the presenter's identity, so no name is assigned.
