A photograph of a welcome ceremony outdoors near a white building with a sign reading Sri Anandeshwara Devasthana. A man in a white kurta with a yellow shawl holds a green coconut with a lit flame on top and is turned toward a central figure. That figure has long dark hair, a white and pink flower garland, and a heavy red and orange flower garland, and wears orange clothing. Behind him, a man in a white kurta with a yellow shawl stands under red and green fringed ceremonial umbrellas. Several other men in white and dark clothing stand nearby, smiling. Palm trees and a thatched hut appear in the background, and a colourful embroidered banner hangs at left.
