Outdoor ritual gathering at an open dirt ground with palm trees and a small white structure. In the foreground, a seated figure with long dark wavy hair, bare-shouldered and wearing an orange cloth, sits on a raised concrete platform holding a golden ceremonial staff with a curled finial; the figure's appearance is consistent with a person but the back-view makes identification uncertain. Standing nearby, a young man in white with an orange shawl stands barefoot, and beside him another man in orange holds a staff. A large crowd of devotees in white garments and orange shawls stands in lines behind them, some with hands folded. A loudspeaker sits at left and a person in orange crouches photographing at far left.
