A man in a rust-red turban decorated with a gold crown ornament and a red plume sits on a golden Nandi bull statue, speaking into a microphone with both palms raised in an animated gesture. He wears rust-red robes, a gold necklace with a large pendant, a pink and white flower garland, and gold armbands. Green leaves and a red backdrop surround him. The appearance is consistent with a person in an in-person discourse setting, though the image is not cleanly verifiable from appearance alone.
