Night photograph of a dense outdoor crowd at a festival celebration lit by bright floodlights and strings of coloured lights. Two large orange umbrella-like canopies with decorative lighting stand in the background above the crowd. Many people, mostly men in white, cream and casual shirts, raise their arms and cheer or dance, some smiling broadly. One man in the foreground wears a blue shirt with a lanyard badge, and a young man in a white shirt with a multicoloured print stands near the centre. The crowd fills the frame, with a tall lit lamp post visible at the right edge.
